Council-Supported Affordable Homeownership Project Advances

The Bay Area Council fought for and won support for a housing project in Sunnyvale this week that will deliver 114 new homes, 14 of which will be affordable. The project, represented by Kamangar Consulting LLC, is unique because it will provide homeownership options, which are in dire short supply near jobs in the Bay Area. The project was unanimously approved by the city planning commission and is now in a period when it can be appealed to City Council.
