The Bay Area Council recently endorsed the Guadalupe Quarry Redevelopment Project in Brisbane – and we’re thrilled to support Orchard Partners’ vision for innovative industrial development that gets the balance right between economic growth and environmental stewardship.

After listening to community feedback, Orchard Partners reduced the overall project size by 33% while permanently conserving 82 acres – that’s 57% of the quarry property – for habitat preservation. The updated proposal includes 890,000 square feet of mixed-use development with a 180,000-square-foot data center and advanced manufacturing facilities.

Here’s what we love about this project:

  • More than 1,000 quality jobs generated and supported
  • $1.5 million in annual revenue to Brisbane
  • $1.8 million contribution to the San Bruno Mountain Habitat Conservation Plan
  • More than $15 million in contributions to the City of Brisbane

This is exactly the kind of thoughtful development we need – creating good jobs while protecting our environment and investing in local communities. It’s a win-win-win. Learn more at www.brisbanequarry.com.
