Megan Morse Steinwedel serves as Accounting Manager, Finance and Operations for the Bay Area Council. A San Francisco native, she is a mission-driven operations and finance leader with experience in financial planning, accounting, and building systems that support effective decision-making and organizational growth.
Prior to joining the Council, Megan served as Head of Operations at ReadySet, where she led budgeting and forecasting, strengthened financial process, and implemented systems to improve sustainability and efficiency during a period of rapid growth.
Megan brings a practical, people-centered approach to her work, with a focus on designing process that align with how teams operate and turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
