The COVID-19 pandemic has turned the commercial real estate world upside down as the economic shutdown closes offices and employers look to increase remote working and plan for how to safely return to offices. As part of the Bay Area Council’s continuing Bay Area Impact webinar series, we talked this week (July 16) with Colin Yasukochi, Executive Director of CBRE’s Tech Insights Center, and Tanuj Moham, Founder and Chief Technology Officer for Enlighted, Inc., a Siemens company that provides IoT solutions for the safe and healthy operation of office workspaces.
