It’s one of our signature events and one we look forward to every year with great excitement because we get to spend a joyous evening with you and celebrate incredible business leadership. Please join us on Tuesday, Dec. 5 from 5-8:30pm at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco for the Bay Area Council’s 78th Annual Dinner and Business Hall of Fame Awards presented by Kaiser Permanente.

The Annual Dinner is also an important event for supporting the Council’s work to address the Bay Area’s biggest challenges. Sponsors enjoy many benefits in addition to enjoying a memorable and festive evening, all while supporting the Council’s mission to make the Bay Area the most innovative, sustainable, inclusive and globally competitive region in the world.

This year, we’re honored to be recognizing two amazing inductees into the Business Hall of Fame, which was established in 1995 and includes a veritable Who’s Who of the region’s most celebrated and accomplished business and philanthropic leaders.

Mary Cranston is a trailblazing attorney who as Chair and CEO of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman led the law firm through two mergers and grew it into an international powerhouse. A highly acclaimed attorney, she was the first female chair of an American Lawyer Top 100 firm and was an industry pioneer in promoting women, diversity and family-friendly workplaces.

Hamid Moghadam co-founded AMB Property Corporation in San Francisco in 1983, later merging AMB with Prologis and growing it to become the largest logistics real estate company in the world. His business accomplishments are rivaled only by his and his wife Tina’s community and philanthropic contributions, which focus on education, culture and the arts.

We also look forward to the ceremonial passing of the gavel when we’ll welcome new Chair Kristina Lawson, Managing Partner of Hanson Bridgett, and recognize the immense contributions of her predecessor, PayPal Executive Vice President Kausik Rajgopal, during his two years of remarkable service. And we’ll remember our dear friend Richard “Dick” Rosenberg, legendary Bank of America CEO and Chairman and founder of the Business Hall of Fame, who passed away in March.

Please take a moment to review the attached information detailing the many valuable benefits associated with sponsorship. Thank you in advance for your consideration. We look forward to seeing you and celebrating with you on December 5!
