The Bay Area Council invites you to join us for the 2026 Bay Area Silicon Valley Summit, presented by Sutter Health and graciously hosted by Genentech, taking place on Friday, June 12 from 8:15 a.m. to noon.

This year’s Summit promises to be one of our most compelling yet, bringing together leading voices from across business, government, and innovation to explore the forces shaping the Bay Area’s future. We are especially honored to welcome renowned journalist Fareed Zakaria as our keynote speaker. With his global perspective and deep insight into economic and political trends, Zakaria will offer invaluable context for the challenges and opportunities facing our region.

The program will also feature conversations on:

• The Future of AI (with high level leaders from Nvidia, Open AI and Google)
• The future of healthcare and innovation (with high level leaders of Genentech and Sutter)

With the overwhelmingly positive reaction to the discussion we featured last year with Mayors Lurie, Mahan and Lee, we’re working to bring them back. And we’re adding a new feature this year with three Ted-style talks.
