Partner Spotlight: MEBO Group

Expanding California’s COVID-19 testing capacity is critical to stemming the spread of the deadly virus and reopening the state’s economy. The new Rongxiang Xu Bioscience Innovation Center at Cal State Los Angeles will play an important role in expanding that testing capacity. The center was co-founded by MEBO Group CEO Kevin Xu. MEBO Group is a California- and Beijing-based intellectual-property management company specializing in applied health systems, and an important strategic partner of the Bay Area Council in our work to expand and deepen bilateral trade opportunity between California and China. Xu is also a member of the Council’s China Initiative task force.
