As Director of Executive Engagement, Trish is responsible for managing and deepening the organization’s relationships with C-suite executives across its membership. Reporting directly to the CEO, she leads the strategy and execution of The Exchange, the Council’s flagship peer convening platform that brings senior leaders together for dialogue, shared learning, and collective problem-solving. Trish also serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, supporting priorities across leadership, governance, and external engagement.
Prior to joining the Bay Area Council, Trish founded a bridal apparel brand that was acquired by a technology startup, where she helped reimagine the custom wedding dress shopping experience as a digital platform. That company was later acquired by David’s Bridal. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
