Description
For more than a decade the Bay Area Council has convened leaders from across the region to celebrate the contributions of the Chinese and Chinese American communities to the Bay Area’s culture and economy. This year, the Council proudly continues its tradition with the iconic Lunar New Year Spring Festival, ushering in the Year of the Horse.
We are delighted to confirm that Consul General Zhang Jianmin of the People’s Republic of China in San Francisco will join us for this celebration, along with a select group of distinguished community leaders who will offer brief remarks.
Please join us on February 26, 5:00pm-7:00pm, aboard the Historic Klamath for an evening of vibrant Chinese culture, music and cuisine. In Chinese culture, the horse symbolizes energy, perseverance, and success. We’re hoping that the year of the horse will bring us prosperity, progress and new achievements.
Thank you Wanxiang America Corporation and KTSF for supporting the event!
For organizations interested in supporting this signature celebration, we are pleased to offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities.
