Will is a Policy Associate at Bay Area Council, specializing in transportation solutions and workforce development. His passion is the synergy between political decisions and policy formation, with emphasis on underserved communities and the creation of employment opportunities through trade and technical education programs in the Bay Area.
Before joining Bay Area Council, Will focused on political campaign field work and management. He served as campaign manager for State Assembly member Catharine Baker, and directed field engagement teams in Philadelphia on behalf of Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential campaign. He also managed field teams for state and local races in New Jersey and Alabama.
A native of Sacramento, Will holds a political science degree from University of California, Santa Barbara, where he worked as a peer advisor. He studied abroad in Ireland, and served as an Irish Parliament intern in the office of Member Joe McHugh of Donegal. In his free time, Will enjoys cooking, travel and exploring on foot through the Bay Area’s endlessly diverse neighborhoods.
