Rachele Trigueros is Director, Organizational Strategy for the Bay Area Council. Rachele leads the work to transform and position the Council for greater effectiveness and influence in the region.
Rachele received her BA in American Studies, with a focus on race and citizenship, from UC Santa Cruz and attended UC Irvine for her Masters of Public Policy. During her Masters program, Rachele had the opportunity to work with the Bay Area Council as a summer intern, focusing on Business Climate and Education policy. After graduation Rachele worked on the Bay Area Policy team for three and a half years on issues such as Housing, Workforce development, Water, and Diversity and Inclusion. Rachele is passionate about a wide variety of social justice policy issues including housing, racial equity, immigration, and criminal justice reform. Rachele is a graduate of the California Stewardship Network Leadership Program and is still involved in the development of the program.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Rachele enjoys hiking, cooking, running, and traveling in her spare time.
