Kelly Obranowicz is Policy Manager for the Bay Area Council, leading several of the Council’s transportation policy initiatives. Through these programs, Kelly works to reduce traffic congestion and carbon emissions throughout the Bay Area. Most recently, Kelly practiced law as a regulatory attorney in the Environment & Energy group at the law firm Morrison & Foerster. Previously, Kelly worked in the legal division at the California Air Resources Board and at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Clean Cities program. She holds a J.D. from UC Davis School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University. Kelly is a proud alumnus of the Clean Energy Leadership Institute and currently serves as a Board Member of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center.
