Rachele Trigueros is a Senior Policy Manager for the Bay Area Council. Rachele supports the Council’s Housing Policy work, leading the effort to expand accessory dwelling units across the state. Rachele also leads the Council’s Workforce Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, including the Bay Area Young Men of Color Employment Partnership (BAYEP).
Rachele received her BA in American Studies, with a focus on race and citizenship, from UC Santa Cruz (Go Banana Slugs!) and attended UC Irvine for her Masters of Public Policy. During her Masters program, Rachele had the opportunity to work with the Bay Area Council as a summer intern, focusing on Business Climate and Education policy. Rachele is passionate about a wide variety of social justice policy issues including housing, racial equity, immigration, and criminal justice reform. Rachele is currently a fellow of the California Stewardship Network.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Rachele enjoys hiking, cooking, running, and traveling in her spare time.
