Bay Area Council
Naomi Palmer is a Program Associate for the Bay Area Council, focusing on its Workforce of the Future initiatives. She is interested in a wide range of policy issues including gender equity, education, housing, and transportation. Originally from the Peninsula/South Bay, Naomi is also passionate about regional issues and collaboration in the Bay Area.
Prior to joining the Bay Area Council, Naomi studied Political Science and Statistics at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. While attending Cal Poly, she also interned at the County of San Luis Obispo Behavioral Health Department, working in the Prevention and Outreach division.
In her free time, Naomi enjoys exploring the Bay Area, hiking, and going on bike rides.
