Visa Information

All Summit attendees and speakers* are required to obtain a visa prior to travel to China from the Chinese Consulate. As part of the Chinese visa application process, you may need to include a letter of invitation with your application. If you are in need of this letter, please download the Visa Invitation Letter form, complete it, and send it to Kristen Durham by e-mail (kdurham@bayareacouncil.org) or fax (+1 415 981 6408) by October 31. Please use the subject line "US|China Green Tech Summit Visa Invitation Letter" when sending.

*Chinese visas are required of participants of all nationalities, with exception for three countries. Participants holding passports from Singapore ,Brunei and Japan can visit China for up to 15 days for business, sightseeing, visiting relatives and friends, or transit without visa, longer than which must also apply for a visa.
