The US-China Green Energy Conference in Beijing, the sister event to the US | China Green Tech Summit in Shanghai, will be held November 16‐18 at the Friendship Hotel in Beijing. This conference, organized by the US‐China Green Energy Council, will be a gathering of approximately 500 representatives from government, academia and business, convening to promote dialogue and facilitate the creation of working groups for cross‐disciplinary energy research and collaboration. While distinct in its audience and orientation from the US | China Green Tech Summit, taken together the two conferences encourage the development of immediate solutions to pressing energy problems and begin long‐term collaboration between green tech policymakers, researchers and businesses in the two countries.
