Prior to joining the Bay Area Council, Bianca was awarded a scholarship by the Bay Area Council as she entered the University of San Francisco as a Business undergraduate. With the help of the Bay Area Council, she is now in her Senior year working towards her Bachelor degree in Business. Bianca was then offered an internship with the Bay Area Council where she provided support to the Bay Area Family of Funds. After working as an intern, she was later hired as an employee to lead the 2010 USC Ross Program Real Estate and support the Bay Area Council’s Family of Funds. She has now moved into a role in the Business Development division of the Bay Area Council, providing full support for the Chief of Global Business Development, the Director of Membership, and the Director of Global Initiatives.
Bianca is a San Francisco native that enjoys discovery new sites throughout the Bay Area. As a youth that grew up in the troubled Tenderloin district of San Francisco, she hopes to give back to the community through dedicating time as a volunteer for community organizations such as St. Anthony Soup Kitchen, Tenderloin Community School, DeMarillac Academy, and Meals on Wheels. She has also kept her strong Filipino roots as she continues to visit her home in the Philippines at least once a year. She has a deep appreciation for music and art and enjoys cooking for family and friends in her spare time.
