Jennifer is an office administrator for Shanghai Office of Bay Area Council. She will be handling most of the daily operational work of our Shanghai office, as well as providing critical support to our China initiative as BAC work to build stronger relationships with our government and industry partners in the great Shanghai area. 

Jennifer joined the Bay Area Council’s Shanghai office in mid-July,2010, following our successful grand opening launch the previous month. Prior to joining the Bay Area Council, she worked for the Shanghai Yangpu Knowledge Innovation Zone Company, where she was instrumental in supporting BAC’s June delegation. She has also worked for the Yangpu District Science & Technology Commission and the Fudan University Library. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and is a M.E Candidate in project management at Fudan University. Jennifer speaks Chinese, English, and Shanghainese, as well as the dialect of her hometown. 

 Jennifer is originally from Middle China’s Hunan Province. She has spent time living abroad in Queens University of Belfast, Northern Ireland. And, she is an expert in spicy food.
